We provide a double south facing bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite facilities and use of a conservatory . There is a television in the bedroom and tea/coffee making facilities are provided,

A full English breakfast can be provided or an alternative lighter meal provided if requested .

We are a non smoking property and pets can generally not be accepted although one small well behaved dog may be considered.

The charge is :

                    £30 per person per night assuming double occupancy or

                    £39 per person per night for single occupancy of the room.
